If you make a strong presentation – They are not going to hesitate

If someone presents to you and you like it — They were good at their presentation

A smart buyer is going to evaluate the presentation to decide if the product is right for them

The sellers have a need for what you have to offer

The close is a natural ending to your presentation

When you ask the closing question — Be quite

Being a good closer is more about attitude, enthusiasm and confidence

If you follow the listing presentation and you are sitting in front of a qualified and motivated seller the close is simple


  • Practice smiling in the mirror
  • “Will you sign the contract please”
  • Work on the strength of your Listing Presentation
